Es wird im Rahmen dieses Seminars möglich sein entweder einen klassischen Seminarschein (Themenblock 1) zu erlangen oder einen bewerten Teilnahmeschein für die Teilnahme am FFA-Programm (Themenblock 2).
Bei Themenblock 1: Seminararbeit und Vortrag (15 min) erforderlich (Arbeit und Vortrag einheitlich deutsch oder englisch)
Seminararbeiten sind bis zum 07.07. einzureichen.
Bei Themenblock 2: bewerteter FFA Vortrag 15 min. (englisch)

As part of this seminar, it will be possible to obtain either a classic seminar certificate (topic block 1) or an evaluated participation certificate for participation in the FFA programme (topic block 2).

  • (3) Die EU-Mediationsrichtlinie und ihre Umsetzung in nationales Recht in Deutschland und Österreich
  • (4) Internationale (Mindest-) Ausbildungsstandards im Bereich der Mediation
  • (5) Defizite des deutschen Mediationsgesetzes
  • (6) Rechtliche Fragen bei Hybridverfahren (Med-Arb/Arb-Med etc.)
  • (7) Unterschiede internationaler institutioneller Mediationsordnungen (DIS, ICC, SCC Stockholm und SIMC Singapur)
  • (8) Chancen und Herausforderungen von Online Dispute Resolution
