We have been running a virtual seminar series about the Eastern Mediterranean since the beginning of the project. In addition, the students and postdocs of EMS-FORE organise monthly hybrid meetings for all members of the project, which are designed to discuss the data and progress, and foster collaboration between the research groups.

EMS-FORE workshops are designed to provide additional practical training for early level postdocs and PhD students, as well as networking opportunities. Our first workshop on data analysis took place online in November 2023. In-person workshops will take place on 24-26 September 2024 in Kiel, and on 5-7 May 2025 in Haifa.
