Teaching Activities
I am regularly teaching courses in experimental design, univariate as well as multivariate data analysis and give introductions into the free statistical computing software R for the students of the MSc 'Biological Oceanography' at GEOMAR and in the framework of the GAME programme. For GAME participants I also teach the communication of scientific results (oral presentations, scientific writing).
I taught courses at the Universidade da Madeira (Portugal), University of Namibia, Universidad Católica del Norte (Chile) and the University Centre of the West Fjords (Iceland).
