"Becoming" of PHOCA - Construction, Factory Acceptance Test and Arrival at Kiel

ROV PHOCA has been manufactured between summer and autumn 2011 in Aberdeen, Scotland, by the reknown company sub-Atlantic. At the end of November the factory acceptance test took place in the company-owned test pool and ROV PHOCA could be delivered to Kiel on December 14th, 2010.
