DAGMAR AAEN Ocean Change 2021

On June 17, 2021, Arved Fuchs and his team set off with the Dagmar Aaen on a three-month expedition to the northern North Atlantic. As part of the OceanChange 2021 expedition, Fuchs wants to draw particular attention to global warming, which is progressing very rapidly in high latitudes. As part of a cooperation with GEOMAR Helmholtz Centre for Ocean Research Kiel, he is continuously taking measurements in the ocean. The data, as well as much more information about the expedition, are available live via the Beluga platform developed by GEOMAR.
