Forschungsinteressen

Meine Forschungsinteressen liegen in der Beschreibung biogeochemischer Prozesse in großskaligen Modellen, Bewertung der Modellgüte sowie Kalibrierung der biogeochemischen Modellparameter (Konstanten) auf globaler Ebene. Dies beinhaltet auch die Analyse und Synthese von  Beobachtungen, sowie Entwicklung und Testen verschiedener Beurteilungsverfahren für die Modelloptimierung. Für meine Arbeit verwende ich überwiegend die "Transport Matrix Method", entwickelt von Samar Khatiwala.
